Drink at least 10 to 12 glasses of water a day and try to avoid sugary foods, fried stuff, and aerated drinks.
Vitamin A supplement when taken daily helps strengthen the protective tissue of the skin and prevents acne by reducing sebum production. Vitamin A is also a powerful antioxidant that rids your body of toxins.
Exercise is a must to improve blood circulation.
Wash your face twice a day in warm salty water. This will leave your face oil free without aggravating the acne like soap.
Honey which will be very gentle on sensitive skin can be applied as a mask to your face once or twice a week. Honey has antibacterial properties so it is great for disinfecting and healing blemishes.
Change your pillow case every other day as dirty pillows can cause more acne.
Directly place a small cube of ice on the acne and press it down for a minute, this will make the skin look better.
Soak lettuce leaves in warm water for an hour, use this water to rinse face at least thrice a week.
Use natural clay face packs after cleaning the skin with ice cold rose water.
